Videos uploaded to TeamXStream will be available online for 18 months, assuming the plan is active (non-expired).
There is also an option to purchase an allotment of long term storage to keep videos online indefinitely. Please contact support to add long term storage onto your account.
WITHOUT A PAID PLAN
If you choose not to renew your plan after the year is complete, access to your uploaded video is removed. You can access video sent to you via trade for 90 days, however access is limited to download only.
