Steps to place a renewal order.
From the home video library page under Quick Access select Account Details.
Then select Order/Renew.
You can also renew by accessing the main menu then Billing>Renew.
Select your plan.
Make selections for apps, long term storage, TXS-Drive doc storage, match data, or to copy another person on the invoice.
Then select Continue.
Your total will display. You can choose to pay now or have an invoice sent.
