To use the Video Editor, go to your Video Library and select the video that you would like to edit.
On the video page, go to "Video Menu" and click the "Video Editor" option.
A new Edit List (aka Timeline) will be started, this is where your clips will be saved. You can share this Edit List with others within the account when you are ready.
